Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and exceptions related to pick-ups, deliveries, and services.
- Provide accurate information and promote products and solutions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via telephone.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while managing calls at a desk-based workstation.
- Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and multitask as needed.
- Maintain high standards of service with excellent spoken and written English communication.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage various systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts aligned with the Australia time zone.
