Responsibilities:
- To handle customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond question about FedEx products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction
- Able to solve customer’s problem and complaints.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Passionate in providing outstanding customer experience
- Enjoy communicating with customer via telephone
- Able to adapt with fast pace working environment
- Ability to multitask and navigate between various systems while communicating via headset at stationed desk
- Willing to do early morning shift according to Australia Market
