1. Handle campaign-based marketing activities of global brands in the retail outlets to create brand awareness and increase sales
2. Manage inventory levels (to avoid overstocking, reduce obsolete stocks, and understocking).
3. Manage product (product/brand knowledge, target group, unique selling point)
4. Handle all communication and promotion-related tasks for each brand and collaborate with the Digital Marketing/Social Media Team to create brand awareness on online platforms.
5. Implementation of Marketing Campaigns and Events in all points of sales for the brands under the portfolio.
6. Responsible for Advertising and Promotion in both online and offline platforms for the brands under the portfolio.
7. Conduct product and brand training for the sales team and customer service team.
8. Responsible for each brand’s inventory management.
9. Responsible on the brand awareness through online platform including of posting of Social Media content that provided by principal, creating online campaigns, increase brand awareness and value. This shall include collaboration with Social Media influencers. (There will be e-com team to support online sales).
10. Prepare and present Brand Sales and Performance Analysis Report to Management on monthly basis.
11. Consistently walk the market and understand the competitor and present analysis to the Management.
12. Work with the Retail VM Team on product & brand display.
13. Work with customer service assistants on products & brands under the portfolio.
14. Work with the in-house chef / culinary team on culinary events of the brands under the portfolio.
15. Meeting Buyers for New Product Listing & Major Promotion Campaigns together with the Key Account / Sales Team.
16. Recruit brand and product demonstrator (for electrical and cookware brands)
17. Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in any Marketing job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
