Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a call center or contact center role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using customer service platforms and CRM tools.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
