Position : Customer Service Specialist (Multiple Vacancies)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms, providing expert technical support while managing the full order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, resolving any unexpected issues during the delivery process.
- Foster strong customer relationships by addressing after-sales concerns, handling complaints, and actively gathering feedback to improve service processes.
- Contribute to team objectives and be flexible with rotational shift schedules, including day and night shifts including public holidays, to ensure consistent support coverage.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent, preferably in electronics, engineering or related fields.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication abilities and resilience under pressure, capable of independently resolving complex customer issues; familiar with team collaboration processes.
- Good communication skills in English. Proficient in Mandarin would be a plus.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
