Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Customer Service Executive to join our team at OasisEye Specialists Kuching. This role requires a confident and personable individual who thrives on engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist customers promptly at the front counter.
- Manage customer registration and appointment scheduling efficiently.
2. Counseling and Product/Service Explanation:
- Provide detailed counseling and explanations about our products and services to clients.
- Tailor recommendations to suit individual customer needs with a goal of up selling.
3. Sales Engagement:
- Actively promote and sell our medical and aesthetic services to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the services provided to confidently address customer inquiries.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
5. Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and managing payment transactions.
Requirements
1. Languages:
- Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
2. Experience:
- Experience in medical/aesthetic work sales is highly advantageous.
3. Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and scheduling systems.
4. Personality:
Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging with people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
