We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to support our hiring campaigns by identifying roles that are not attracting enough candidates. Your job is to help improve performance by enhancing campaign content and sourcing suitable applicants from various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live hiring campaigns and identify roles with low candidate response.
- Review and improve content such as titles, descriptions, and keywords to increase visibility.
- Proactively search for suitable candidates using online databases and sourcing tools.
- Tag, shortlist, and prepare candidate lists for internal use.
- Maintain accurate daily records of roles reviewed and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams to boost candidate matching success.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh grads are welcome).
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Experience with online sourcing tools (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a support or recruitment-related role.
