Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Helpdesk cum Customer Service Executive. This hybrid role is crucial to ensuring seamless IT support while delivering outstanding customer service related to our copier machines and managed print solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Helpdesk Support
- Provide first-level technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to copier machines, printers, scanners, and associated software.
- Assist in network connectivity issues, especially those involving networked copier machines.
- Log incidents and service requests; escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors.
Customer Service Support
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp or ticketing system.
- Guide customers through basic troubleshooting of copier machines and multifunction devices.
- Coordinate with field technicians for onsite service calls and follow up on job completion.
- Log service calls, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, wireless connectivity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Malay
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
