- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across social media platforms (XHS, TikTok, Facebook)
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customers, resolving issues to maintain a positive brand image
- Create and schedule posts on social media, engaging with followers and promoting outlet's products/services
- Collaborate with outlet's person-in-charge to align social media strategies with business goals
- Monitor social media trends, analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, suggest improvements for customer engagement and satisfaction
Working Location : TAMAN SUTERA
Working Day : Monday to Friday
