Job Type:
Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range:
RM1,700 – RM2,000 (Based on experience)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (preferably in Business Admin or related).
- At least 1 year of experience in admin or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp & email.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages for customer inquiries.
- Provide professional support and follow-up with customers.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation & filing.
- Maintain customer records and update database accurately.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare simple reports and assist in general office tasks.
- Support team with ad-hoc tasks when required.
