- Organize and manage daily schedules for patient appointments, avoiding overlaps and ensuring optimal use of time slots.
- Confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary, promptly communicating changes to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including main lists, carer lists, and medical records, ensuring proper filing and secure storage.

- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Conduct daily filing of documents to maintain organized records, updating the guarantee letter (GL) according to expiration dates, and verifying GL before patient appointments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Receive general work direction from Customer Relations Officer.
Requirements:
- Must possess Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.
- 1year working experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Working experience in clerical duties.
- Computer Literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with different levels of staff.
