Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and arrangement of slot booking with Ocean liner
Coordinate between ocean liner, shipper and shipper’s agent for SI (Shipping Instruction), DBL (Draft BL) and OBL (Original BL)
Ensure Movement of containers are sufficient for shipper
Ensure that containers gate in at Port Area within the stipulated time
Generation of invoice for customer billing
Follow up on payment
BL collection at shipping line
Courier BL to customer
Data Entry/ filing of documents
To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor or persons acting on behalf of any related companies/ group.
- Min SPM or higher
- Able to communicate with different level of people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
