JDs for Operation CS Excecutive:
1) Follow up and liase with China Customers
2) Coverage for Freighting Inclusive: Land, Sea, Air and basic custom brokerage
3) Liaise with internal team, Planning & Operation arrangement & coordination
4) Invoicing and maintaining TMS data
Details Job scope for Operation CS Executive:
1) Received booking from customer
2) Email Internal team for operation liase for scheduling/ trucks details
3) Reply to customer & follow ups
4) If outsource vendor, Issue PO to subcon
5) TMS Data entry for SO, issue POD
6) All document compiling and issue invoice to customer
7) Sea or Air freight sourcing & place booking & issue for Shipping documents
Remarks:-
Experience from Freight Forwarder background & Handle for Ocean/ Air Freight.
