Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service by resolving complex inquiries and making strategic decisions to enhance satisfaction. The position demands strong analytical skills to interpret policies and craft tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate product/service information.
- Address complaints promptly and implement effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare and issue competitive quotations.
- Process purchase orders, generate sales orders, and communicate updates to customers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams (Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance) and external partners.
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and fulfill critical customer requirements.
Issue Resolution
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex problems, coordinating with relevant departments for swift resolution.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
Policy Adherence & Optimization
- Apply company policies judiciously to make informed decisions.
- Propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to better serve customer needs.
Process Enhancement
- Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
- Streamline workflows to boost efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in semiconductor sales/marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude.
- Strategic, critical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Accountability, independence, and strong ownership of tasks.
- Team Dynamics: Collaborative yet self-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
