Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments.
- Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, or networking sessions to generate leads and build brand presence.
- Provide feedback from clients and the market to support continuous product and service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in sales.
- Proven sales experience (B2B and/or B2C) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to understand and adapt to different products, services, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
