Requirements
- Age 28 years and above
- Qualification at least, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malay and English is a must.
- Must have a minimum 2 years working experience in Retail
- Good in MS excel, word and basic computer knowledge & networking
- Able to motivate and lead a team
- Good with time management
- Able to handle customer problems
- Responsible, committed & hardworking
- Honest & reliable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on weekends & public holiday
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations
- Training and supervising of staff
- Handle Customer Complain
- Problem solver
- Reporting issues to Manager
- Competent in cashier, shop stock & frontline duties
- Ensure team members follow Health & Safety standards adopted
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
