We Are Hiring: Outdoor Sales Executive (Selangor & Johor)
Our client, a manufacturing company known for its full range of castor wheels used across diverse industries, is seeking proactive and ambitious individuals to join their sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop new customer accounts
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Promote the company’s product range and services
- Prepare quotations, close deals, and achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates with sales experience, especially in outdoor or industrial sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with good time management
- Prefer Chinese-speaking applicants to serve specific market segments
- Willing to travel within the assigned region
Open Positions: 2
Territory:
- 1 covering Selangor
- 1 covering Johor
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM6,000
- 2% commission on sales (upon meeting targets)
- Petrol, gas & toll reimbursement (with receipts)
- Performance bonuses and annual incentives
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
