We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Concierge Assistant to support guests, patients, and clients by providing seamless coordination of services and personalized assistance. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and stress-free experience, especially for international clients engaging in medical or wellness travel.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Support & Assistance
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival, including at airports, hotels, hospitals, or clinics.
- Provide information on local services, medical appointments, schedules, and transportation.
- Handle special requests such as dietary needs, wheelchair access, or translation support.
- Accompany clients to medical centers or appointments if required.
2. Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Assist with booking flights, hotel reservations, local transportation, and visa-related paperwork.
- Organize airport pickups, drop-offs, and ground transportation for appointments and tours.
- Manage daily itineraries and make real-time adjustments when needed.
3. Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a communication bridge between the client, medical team, and service providers.
- Communicate appointment times, changes, or important updates clearly to clients.
- Coordinate with interpreters or provide simple translation support if bilingual.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate logs of client requests, preferences, and activities.
- Support the Relationship Manager with documentation, reporting, and client feedback collection.
- Handle basic billing inquiries and coordinate payment support when needed.
5. Customer Experience Enhancement
- Anticipate client needs and offer thoughtful recommendations for dining, sightseeing, or relaxation.
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality, privacy, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
- Provide gift arrangements, welcome kits, or care packages as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Nursing, Customer Service, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, healthcare assistance, or customer service.
- Proficient in English; additional languages (Mandarin, khmer, Japanese, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Empathetic, professional, and well-groomed with a calm demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with cultural practices of international clients.
- Able to handle medical, travel, or elderly client concerns with discretion.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, booking platforms, messaging apps).
Working Conditions:
- Based at client service centers, hospitals, hotels, or airports.
- May require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Occasionally on-call for urgent client needs or VIP arrivals.
