Chief Concierge – Job Scope Summary
The Chief Concierge leads the concierge team and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing all guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements. This role serves as a key point of contact for VIPs and long-staying guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training concierge staff to uphold service standards.
- Coordinating guest services such as transportation, restaurant bookings, local tours, and special occasions.
- Maintaining strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.
- Managing luggage assistance, valet services, and lobby presence.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
