JOB POSITION
Collections Field Recovery Officer
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To visit houses / commercial premises and collect relevant information.
- To obtain new information from the visiting effort e.g. new contact number/new addresses.
- To assist the Collection team’s arrangement with customers when required.
- To deliver/collect documents to/from customers/Clients.
- To deliver reminders/letters to customer premises/office
- To sources for resources to locate the customer premises.
- Undertake other duties as directed by HOD.
- Good listening skills
- Communication skills
- Familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other laws governing debt collection practices
- Negotiating skills
- Patience and stress management
- Problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office especially excel
- Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Must be able to exercise critical thinking skill and sound judgment
- 3-5 years of experience
- Have own motorcycle
