Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist executive / officers in all administrative / finance / licensing matters.


ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • To collect all monies pertaining to TAVP collections from Airside Operations Duty Executives/Officers;
  • To assist officer in all administrative / finance matters;
  • To assist in depositing in all the money or cheque collections on Airside permits;;
  • To assist in preparing monthly reports and statistics for collection of payment or fees;
  • To ensure timely submission of all collection to finance as per finance standard;
  • Record keeping update as comply to finance requirements;
  • Responsible in Licensing pertaining to monthly audit by finance and annual audit;
  • To assist in ADP/TAVP issuance and processing;
  • Ensure prompt and efficient management of customer services and service offering tailored to customer needs;
  • Other duties pertaining to respective sub-unit and other duties given as and when required by HOU/HOD.

Key Challenges


  • To ensure all vehiclea and drivers operating at the airside areas possesses a valid permits:
  • To ensure all airside drivers understand the requirements and adhere to the procedures and rules setting while driving at the airside areas.

Skills


  • Good Communication skill and able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Applications (Excel, Word & Power Point) is a must;
  • Possess a valid Malaysia Driving License Class B2 & D.

Relevant Industries

  • SPM/SPVM or equivalent with 3 years working experience

Education

  • SPM/SPVM or equivalent with:
    • Bahasa Malaysia - Credit
    • English - Pass
    • Mathematics/Account - Pass
