WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee the entire club team and day-to-day operations
- Drive community development through strong public relations and member engagement
- Supervise court bookings, retail operations, and F&B coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth cross-functional performance
- Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Track performance metrics and assist in executing events or promotions

- A seasoned hospitality or lifestyle venue leader with proven people skills
- Professional, approachable, and deeply service-oriented
- Skilled at managing multiple departments and aligning goals
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS, booking systems, and inventory tools
