As we continue to grow, we're now looking for a dedicated Club Manager to join our team. This person will work closely with our HR department, assist in daily administrative tasks, and play a key role in managing client scheduling, staffing, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily gym floor operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Greet members and visitors warmly and assist with check-ins and membership inquiries using our in-house record management system
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and respond to member questions promptly
- Maintain accurate records and update member information within our proprietary system
- Perform basic accounting duties such as tracking payments, petty cash management, and simple financial reporting
- Manage client scheduling efficiently, ensuring smooth flow of sessions and classes and coordinate with trainers and staff
- Provide general administrative support to fitness center staff as needed and assist the HR department with staff coordination, documentation, and communication
- Handle member concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure equipment is well maintained and health & safety protocols are followed
- Contribute to membership sales, gym events, and community initiatives
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a gym or fitness facility (management experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with experience in client scheduling systems
- Familiarity with HR support or administrative duties is a big plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for fitness
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
Additional Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or accounting are a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
