Job Descriptions
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of inbound and outbound freight forwarding and logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless collaboration with port authorities, shipping agents, and internal teams.
- Manage customer interactions to maintain high standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality across all logistics and supply chain functions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers and agencies across various countries.
- Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding, or logistics, with exposure to operations and customer service.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, working well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.
