Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
- Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Maintain detailed records and follow up on open cases
- Share feedback to support service enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the banking sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Diploma or higher qualification
