Job Description:
We're hiring a seasoned banking expert to advise and support our banking client. This role focuses on improving banking operations, staying compliant with regulations, and helping the client adopt digital technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work directly with banks to analyze how they operate and suggest improvements.
- Help design strategies that follow regulations and improve services.
- Guide banks through digital upgrades using new technologies.
- Run training sessions and workshops for banking teams.
- Work with different departments to create custom solutions.
- Stay updated on banking trends, rules, and technologies.
What You Need:
Must-Have:
- 10+ years in banking or financial consulting.
- Deep knowledge of banking laws, compliance, and risk.
- Experience leading teams and managing large projects.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with digital banking or fintech.
- MBA or finance certifications (CFA, CIMA).
- Familiar with Agile or project management methods.
Tech & Tools You Should Know:
- Core banking systems and payment platforms.
- Tools for data analysis, CRM, and project management.
- Knowledge of tech like blockchain, AI, or machine learning in banking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
