Exp: 3+ years to 5 years
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional qualification such as ACCA/MIA/CPA
Knowledge required
- Accounting and bank reconciliation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel skills, including the ability to perform
lookups, pivot tables and formulas
- Expertise in documentation processes and activities
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
- Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others' views
Job Description (JD)
Download bank statements and monitor upload status @ Corona (Bank Reconcilation System)
Perform MYR and FCY bank reconciliations (50 bank accounts - with RHB Bank and other FI)
Fund sighting (EPF fund, cancel cheque, ad hoc)
Prepare journal entries of bank reconcillations for month end closing :
- Bank charges, interest income, etc
Update Bank Reconciliation Summary
Opening/upate of bank accounts
- Update authorised signatories
- Prepare banking form, letter, document, etc
- Closely follow up the status to ensure task completion
Administrative work (filing and despatch of document)
Preparation of supporting documents for reporting/audit
Assists in ad-hoc assignment/task as and when assigned by superior
