Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all essential equipment under the daily checklist are checked daily and repaired immediately when necessary.
- Check all M&E equipment to ensure they are operating within the design specifications.
- Observe the physical and working conditions of all equipment/building premises/furniture and fittings during the course of the daily work and report on any findings that require attention.
- Check all plumbing and sanitary system to ensure no blockage and leaks.
- Supervise and monitor all works done by outsourced contractors to ensure quality and speed.
- Verify equipment operating condition after rectification work carry out by vendors.
- Carry out the internal maintenance and project activity assign by superior.
- Arrange and ensuring all maintenance and rectification works being carried out without disrupting end user daily operation.
- Ensure maximum security and safeguard of facilities plant rooms and equipment.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM and Competent Chargeman A0 Certificate.
- Valid Annual Renewal Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance.
- Troubleshooting electrical / Able to read electrical drawing and schematic of panel control.
- Capable and have knowledge of M & E systems and plumbing systems.
- Practical hands on skills in related field / Building.
