Responsible for operating, maintaining, planning, and supervising facility and utility operations.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults on panels, gensets, lighting, and wiring systems.
Ensure compliance with work procedures, safety policies, and electrical regulations.
Analyze root causes of breakdowns and recommend preventive actions.
Conduct regular inspections and report any irregularities.
Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, PM schedules, and calibration records.
Coordinate with departments, vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.
Assist in updating technical drawings (electrical, mechanical, building).
Support new projects and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Prepare technical documents such as manuals, SOPs, IQ/OQ, and maintenance logs.
Attend training or seminars as required.
Act as Engineering Leader when needed.
Be on 24-hour on-call standby.
Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.
