The role:

As a  Shift Supervisor & BO Chargeman, you will help drive our goals by:

1. Shift Supervision:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians/operators during assigned shift.
• Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot production/utility issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures (SOP), EHS, and quality standards.

2. Electrical Responsibilities (BO Chargeman):

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) electrical installations up to 11kV as per BO Chargeman scope.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Energy Commission (ST) regulations and safety standards

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Is a must to possess certificate of competency BO category 11KV certificate issued by Energy commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia)
• Have 3 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant
• Experience reading and tracing PI&D drawings, Electrical drawing
• Possess good understanding and working member on ISO50001:2018 management system
