ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for competitive and resilient Business Development Executives to assist in business activities. In this Business to Business (B2B) role, your main responsibility will be to reach out to corporate entities as well as learning institutions offer talent-tech solutions and services that meet client needs. If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable conversing with professionals, we would love to meet you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct extensive leads research to build a comprehensive list of potential clients
- Constantly grow and maintain a database of contactable clients over time
- Represent the company in meetings and discussion throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports using sales and financial data
- Handle clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from clients to share with internal teams for continuous improvement
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Socially adept with strong communication skills
- Good in time management and meeting deadlines
- Able to handle stress and working under pressure
- Not averse to doing research and critical problem solving
- Experience in / understanding of business-to-business sales is an advantage
- For those with experience, a solid track record of sales target achievement is required
