We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications Analyst to join our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team. This global role is responsible for designing, developing, and administering engaging communications and training materials to support our company’s Ethics & Compliance program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for effective storytelling, strong instructional design skills, and experience supporting global training initiatives using learning technologies and multimedia platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Training Development & Administration
- Develop and administer engaging Ethics & Compliance training programs (online and instructor-led) for a diverse, global workforce.
- Create SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Articulate software (Storyline, Rise).
- Upload and test SCORM modules to ensure LMS compatibility and functionality.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on completion metrics and learner performance.
- Monitor LMS data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Perform administrative support for instructor-led training, including session scheduling, material prep, attendance logging, post-training assessments, and coordinating logistics (travel, venues, AV/IT).
- Provide technical and end-user support for the LMS and field training-related inquiries from global stakeholders.
Communications & Multimedia Content Creation
- Develop and manage internal communications promoting Ethics & Compliance initiatives, tailored for a global and culturally diverse workforce.
- Create visually compelling content including posters, slides, banners, handouts, podcasts, and videos (animated and live action).
- Produce creative assets to support various Ethics & Compliance campaigns and cross-functional Legal projects.
- Lead small video production projects, including storyboarding, filming, and editing content featuring employees.
- Design and maintain the Ethics & Compliance SharePoint site, including content management and creation of digital assets.
- Support translation and localization of training and communication materials for regional relevance and accessibility.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, instructional design, compliance training, or related role.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and video editing tools.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone).
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting global or multicultural audiences is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and eLearning best practices.
- Position requires little to no travel.
