Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development cum Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and skilled at generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and outreach and as well as follow up on leads given.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and offer tailored solutions based on their needs.
Market & Industry Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Gather insights to refine sales strategies and improve offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development efforts.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
