Position: Operator Support
Work Base: Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly condition and payment submission.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support in preparing monthly sales forecasts and budget.
- Track GTM (Go-To-Market) activities for key launches.
- Submit plan proposals, execution orders, payment requests, and product charge outs.
- Work closely with the department team to monitor and report on daily sales operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in administrative or analytical roles.
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Malay.
- Proactive, able to prioritize work, and a strong team player.
Salary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month
Monthly Fix Transport Allowance : RM200
Monthly Mobile Phone Claim : Cap RM50
Overtime : For salary below RM4000
