- Ensure merchandise is regularly replenished.
- Collect data for Sales and Customer Service reports.
- Follow daily opening and closing procedures.
- Handle sales transactions and cash according to SOP.
Sales
- Achieve individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
Customer Service
- Deliver high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally with proper follow-up.
- Uphold the company’s luxury brand image.
- Support basic after-sales services.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Guide new staff on customer service processes.
Grooming
- Always be presentable and well-groomed.
- Comply with the Retail Grooming Standard.
Stock / Inventory Management
- Responsible for inventory and monthly stock counts.
- Conduct daily opening/closing stock counts; resolve discrepancies within 2–3 days.
- Update range plan daily based on shipments.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft/pilferage.
- Maintain accurate and timely stock records.
- Monitor merchandising to:
- Minimize shrinkage and report discrepancies.
- Replenish packaging materials and minimize wastage.
Housekeeping & Visual Merchandising
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
- Take care of stock, fixtures, and store furniture.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
Professional Conduct & Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong product knowledge at all times.
- Be proactive and take initiative in daily tasks.
- Foster good communication and rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Always behave in a proper and professional manner.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
