What You’ll Do
As a Junior Sales Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Schedule and attend client meetings
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign strategies
Learn and communicate HB's service offerings effectively to potential clients
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
