About the role
As the Branch Manager at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our retail store located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our local branch.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability and enhance the customer experience
- Oversee the recruitment, training and development of store personnel to build a highly motivated and skilled team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
- Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management
- Foster a positive, collaborative and customer-centric culture within the store
What we're looking for
- Proven track record as a successful retail store manager, preferably within the consumer products industry
- Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
