Role Function:
- Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment
- Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution
Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are welcome (Diploma/Degree)
- SPM (with experience may apply) must at least have credit in English & M aths
- Fluent in English. Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs.
- Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work on rotational shift.
