Key Responsibilities
- Execute the preparation of products (baking of tart pastry & assist in the assembling and decoration of tarts)
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels
- Have knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
Skills
- Previous baking experience/ passion for baking is an added advantage
- Have familiarity with kitchen equipments, including mixers, blenders
