Job Scope :
- The B2B Travel Assistance Executive will act as a liaison between the company and corporate travel partners, handling travel bookings, itineraries, problem resolution, and post-travel support.
- To provide seamless travel assistance and support to business clients, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients regarding travel assistance and support.
- Coordinate and manage corporate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and ancillary services.
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with the client’s travel policies and preferences.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
- Manage travel changes, cancellations, and emergency requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor ongoing trips and proactively resolve issues (e.g., delays, cancellations, rebookings).
- Maintain detailed and accurate client profiles, including travel preferences and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver travel documentation such as itineraries, travel insurance, and travel advisories.
- Handle B2B client queries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Support sales and account management teams with proposals, client onboarding, and service delivery.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, destination updates, and travel advisories.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel desk (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of travel logistics and customer service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
