Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for the management team.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain production reports, inventory records, and employee documentation. Assist with updating manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and quality documentation.
- Production Support: Coordinate between production and management to communicate schedules, material requirements, and delays or changes.
- Supplier Coordination: Help contact suppliers for quotes, purchase orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Safety & Compliance Assistance: Ensure safety compliance documentation is updated and accessible for audits or inspections.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to departments such as HR, production, or operations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
