Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Merchant Success & Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for key merchant partners, building long-term relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.
Ensure smooth collaboration between merchants and internal teams to drive sustained success.
Strategic Account Support
Partner with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Service, Tech, Marketing) to execute for high-priority accounts.
Own operational workflows including onboarding, inventory setup, settlement reconciliation, customer support, and API operations.
Growth & Sales Optimization
Identify and execute opportunities to boost sales and enhance activity performance.
Ensure supply remains competitive and aligned with Klook’s quality and content standards.
Operational Excellence
Build strong expertise in Klook’s backend and frontend systems to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Continuously refine processes to improve merchant experience and team efficiency.
Skills & Qualities
