Job Requirements:
1. Gender Preference: Female only.
2. Language Proficiency: Must be literate in English and Malay.
3. Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
4. Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in accounting and/or administration and human resource.
5. Accounting Knowledge:
i) Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
ii) Basic knowledge in sales and expenditure e-invoicing , account payable, account receivable and financial record-keeping.
6. Administrative Skills:
i) Assisting other Administrative staff in office operations, documentation for audits, and correspondence.
ii) Assisting other Administrative staff in maintaining and updating workers’ personal file, distribution of workers’ uniform and basic HR tasks such as attendance sheet and salary preparation
7. Computer Literacy:
i) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
ii) Ability to use office management and accounting software (MYOB preferably, others acceptable) efficiently.
8. Soft Skills:
i) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
ii) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
iii) High attention to detail and accuracy.
iv) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Other Preferences:
i) Experience in liaising with government bodies (e.g., LHDN, EPF, SOCSO) is an advantage.
ii) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
