Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and workspace planning
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies
- Develop and optimize administrative policies and emergency response plans
- Liaise with third-party vendors (e.g. security, cleaning, property management)
- Organize internal company events, meetings, and annual gatherings
- Handle administrative documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Lead and train the admin team to ensure efficient collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2–4 years of relevant working experience
- Age between 25 and 45
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
