Job Description:
- Prepare and submitting tenders
- Co-ordinating the bidding process and preparing bid templates
- Communicating with partnering organisations – obtaining required documentation from partners
- Working with the BD team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the organisation
- Maintaining company database of projects, proposal texts, consultants and partners
- Developing & enhancing internal systems for communication
- Ensuring the project officers, consultants (internal & external) and partners are aware of projects won and lost
- Providing general administrative support when required
- Prepare various internal reports
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Degree Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 3 years of experience in the related field
