JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
* To assist issue purchase order and other related documents.
* To maintain/monitor all supplier on delivery schedule.
* Verify supplier invoice against purchase order issued.
* Update and maintain store documentation.
* To assist quotation generations, performing calculations for materials and costing.
* To assist ensuring project deadlines are met.
* To assist monitoring projects schedule and production schedule, panel delivery time.
* To ensure all documents are maintained in good filling system.
* Handling incoming invoices and outgoing invoices, ensuring all invoices are accurate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
* Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma of Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
* Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
* Self-motivated and team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Responsible and with good working attitude.
* Candidate with knowledge of Mandarian Language will be an added advantage.
* Nationality Preferred : Malaysian only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
