Job Scope Description
- To process Purchase orders, verify and receive goods ordered
- To carry out admin work related to purchasing activities
- To update purchase information, PO receiving.
- To liaise with suppliers to purchase and follow up with them to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- To negotiate for the best prices and payment terms for every purchase while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability, and services.
- To check and verify pricing among suppliers before confirming the order.
- To coordinate with the Account department in processing all invoices and claims.
- To upkeep all records, and documents and maintain a proper filing system.
- Inventory control
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.
Requirement :
- At least 1-2 years of work experience required.
- Have a good work attitude and be responsible, self-motivated, multitasking, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
