KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Support
- Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
- Assist with employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and documented.
Administrative Support
- Handle office administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and staff activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and liaise with service vendors.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations as required.
- Support in compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or admin, preferably in the service industry.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information with integrity.
