We're Hiring: Admin & Billing Clerk
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and numbers? Join our friendly and growing team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur! We’re looking for a proactive Admin & Billing Clerk who enjoys keeping things in order and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage invoices, billing statements & delivery orders (DOs)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (digital & physical)
- Communicate with customers for billing, payment, and document follow-up
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks and coordinate with the accounts team
- Handle emails, calls, and administrative paperwork efficiently
- Assist with office supply tracking and general admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Admin, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with invoicing/billing is a strong advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Familiarity with accounting systems like SQL system (advantage)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and responsibility
- Fresh grads are welcome if eager to learn!
