Job Description(s):
- Process and issue Sales Order, Delivery Order & Invoices in a timely manner.
- Respond to sales personnel inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer records with billing information.
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Qualification(s):
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma level or equivalent with relevant working experience
- SPM leavers / fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Detail-oriented, organised and meticulous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
